Whether that’s through supporting your coordinated entry system, connecting tenants with the services that they need, or assessing and screening members for program eligibility, We're here to help reduce the stresses of housing insecurity.

What is findhelp?

At findhelp, we created a social care network that connects people and programs — making it easy for people to find social services in their communities, for nonprofits to coordinate their efforts, and for customers to integrate social care into the work they already do.

We support thousands of nonprofits by providing completely free access to our Open Toolkit, which gives you the ability to manage your program listings on our network, track referrals, manage team capacity, report on outcomes, and more.

Our Housing Partners

WinnComp

As the largest manager of affordable housing and one of the nation’s largest providers of resident services, Winn’s Connected Communities platform empowers Community Coordinator teams across the country to support residents with their social health needs and create opportunities for those who call their properties “home”.

echo austin

Findhelp codesigned a pre-screening tool with ECHO in which clients provide basic information such as contact info, identify what kind of services they need, answer a series of questions on their unique situation to determine if they are literally homeless, and provide blocks of time that they’re available for an appointment. ECHO’s assessors get instant insight into which clients are facing literal homelessness. The entire team has a shared view into how far each client is in the process of getting assessed, and they have a suite of reporting that provides a top-down view of all their program’s work, as well as a workflow dashboard that sorts clients according to the next steps for their assessor.

The social care landscape is vast and ever changing. We know that it takes a community to help people in need find and apply for services. When findhelp and United Way work together, people in need are one step closer to getting help. findhelp and United Way / 2-1-1 have worked together in several states to strengthen community health and wellness. In some regions, the 2-1-1 community search is powered by findhelp, and together we bring data together to surface the strongest, most accurate network with breadth and depth.

Our Network

We’ve led a decade-long journey to build the largest and most widely used social care network in the country, with over 1,370 resources in each and every county. By engaging with organizations like yours, there are now more than 550,500 programs (and growing!) listed in our local network.

Comprehensive Reporting and Outcome Tracking
Our Data Collection forms allow organizations to capture how they are helping Seekers so that they can report on that information and show impact.

A Network in Place
Our social care network is already up and running. It’s the largest and most widely used network of its kind, with more than 1,280 free and reduced-cost programs in each and every county in the U.S.

Case Management & Referral Tracking
Our platform helps you to track completion of services and close the loop.

Searches and Connections with Housing Programs
Our reporting allows organizations to measure the success of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) initiatives and their impact at a community-wide level, and see the status of client referrals, wait times, outcomes, and more.
