At findhelp, we created a social care network that connects people and programs — making it easy for people to find social services in their communities, for nonprofits to coordinate their efforts, and for customers to integrate social care into the work they already do.
Aunt Bertha has led a decade-long journey to catalog and engage social care programs across the country, growing from about 10,000 program locations in 2011 to over 440,000 in 2020. Over 400 organizations in healthcare, government, education, and other industries have built their social care initiatives on our network.

We’ve led a decade-long journey to build the largest and most widely used social care network in the country, with at least 1,370 resources in each and every county in the U.S. By engaging with communities like yours across the country, there are now more than 300,000 programs (and growing!) in the national community.

With more more 8 million unique users across the country, we have a growing amount of data that shows where there is demand for services by category throughout the community.
In 2020, for example, we got a sense as to some of the needs surfacing. Our users are people in need of housing, workers at nonprofits and government agencies, and employees of any one of our customers that service regions around the country, including The City of Dallas, The City of Hyattsville, The Evanston Public Library, The City of Bloomington, and The County of Henry Iowa.
