CMS Waivers:
Ensure You’re Prepared to Support These Changes

Thursday, July 8, 2021
11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. CST

All across the country we are seeing state Medicaid offices investing more heavily in social determinants of health. Some are providing opportunities for Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to be reimbursed for their services by Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). At Aunt Bertha, we can support your organization as more states implement Medicaid waivers to support reimbursement for social goods.

Join us for our upcoming webinar to hear firsthand from organizations in Massachusetts who are already using Aunt Bertha to support these reimbursement innovations. They’ll share the learnings they gathered standing up these care models, both from the perspective of those managing care coordination (the health entities) and those providing social services (the CBOs).

If you cannot attend the webinar but are interested in learning more about our platform, please schedule a demo.

Be sure to use a computer with reliable internet access for participation in the virtual event. By proceeding, I agree to Aunt Bertha’s Privacy Statement and that Aunt Bertha may contact me, including for marketing purposes.

About Aunt Bertha

Aunt Bertha’s network connects people seeking help and verified social care providers that serve them.

Thousands of nonprofits and social care providers serve their communities. But for most people, navigating the system to get help has been difficult, time consuming, and frustrating. Too many Americans are suffering, and they don’t need to.

So at Aunt Bertha, we created a social care network that connects people and programs — making it easy for people to find social services in their communities, for nonprofits to coordinate their efforts, and for customers to integrate social care into the work they already do.
